We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our Corporate Leadership Team. As the Strategic Director, you will be responsible for the strategic and general management of the Housing and Regeneration Directorate, driving efficiency, innovation, and integrated working across the Council and its partners. You will lead key initiatives, manage senior positions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services, ensuring Harrow remains a vibrant and sustainable community.

You are a dynamic and visionary leader with a proven track record in strategic planning and service delivery. You possess the following qualities and experiences:

- Experience: Extensive experience in local or central government or the private sector, with a demonstrable record of achievement in strategic planning and service delivery.
