Interim Executive Director - Joint CEO: Remote

StoneCrabs is seeking an Interim Executive Director - Joint CEO (Part-time, 3 days - 0.6 FTE, 12-month contract) to guide the organization through a transition and plan for the future. The role may be extended, subject to funding.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Share the CEO role with the Artistic Director, ensuring effective management and operations of StoneCrabs.
2. Collaborate with the Artistic Director to develop and achieve the organization's strategic vision.
3. Oversee operational planning during the 12-month tenure.
4. Informal Conversations: Interested candidates can chat with Fabio Santos () between 22nd April and 4th May. This is not part of the selection process.
5. Application Deadline: Apply by Friday, 9th May 2025, midnight.
6. Interviews:
   • First interviews (if pre-selected) from 12th to 16th May (Online).
   • Second interviews from 19th to 23rd May (In-person on the Isle of Wight, venue TBC). We will assist with travel reimbursement if you are not based on the Isle of Wight).
7. Start Date: Week of 7th July 2025, including a 2-week handover period.
8. Applicants should submit a letter of suitability (up to 2 pages A4) or a link to a sound recording/video (max 10 mins).
