Chief Executive Officer - Warrington Women's Aid The Role

We are seeking to recruit a passionate and visionary individual to build on the achievements of our retiring CEO and steer the organisation into the next stages of our development.

As CEO, you will lead our staff team and work with the Board of Trustees to further our mission and provide quality services that enable women and others in the community to lead fulfilled and empowered lives. You will be a strategic lead in the development of the refuge across two sites, responsible for the successful delivery of the whole service, and for the direct management of refuge staff and support of service users.

Due to the nature of our work, the post is open to women only (exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1) and is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Key Information

Salary Range: £51,525 - £54,795, depending on length of service (Grade 11 NJC pay scale)

Contract Type: Full-time and permanent, subject to funding
